Inside Sales Representative – Burlington, ON


Base + Commission ($60k+ OTE) 


Our Burlington based client, a leader in the financial services sector, is looking for an experienced ‘HUNTER’ to join their growing Inside Sales team.  This is an ideal role for the Sales Professional with experience developing leads, handling/overcoming objections and proven track record of closing deals, virtually and in-person.  


What you will do:

  • Deliver superior level service to prospects and customers with respect to transactions and requested administrative changes
  • Work closely with team members and perform tasks that will drive up activity to assist with achieving goals and increasing sales
  • Perform various related administrative tasks to ensure accurate records are kept of transactions and account changes
  • Work closely with existing customers to assist in uncovering opportunities to match their changing needs 

What you bring:

  • At least 2-3 years B2C Sales experience is required, ideally in Financial Services (Banking, Investments, Insurance etc)
  • Post-Secondary education
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Expertise in handling and overcoming objections
  • Strong presentation skills, virtual and in-person, when possible 
  • High comfort level with current business technologies (CRM, Virtual Presentation tools etc)
  • Experience working in environment with sales targets and history of achieving goals
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
