Business Development Professional - Chicago,  Illinois $90k++

Our client is looking to add a skilled and experienced Business Development Professional to join their growing team.  This is an ideal role for a true HUNTER with a proven track record in B2B sales with a history of closing business and growing large territories.  

In this role you will:

  • Work to improve company’s position within set territory/region, with a focus on market share and revenue growth.
  • Build customer relationships, identify, negotiate and close business
  • Keep up to date on market trends and develop plans to differentiate company with its competitors
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to increase sales opportunities and close more business

Experience and Requirements Include but are not limited to:

  • 5-7 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally selling to Distributors
  • Proven track record in growing sales territories and closing large deals
  • Experience in successfully in developing and executing a territory sales plan
  • Strong B2B Hunting-Business Development Skills
  • Excellent communication skills
